Refunds on  registrations will be paid in full for cancellations received in writing before August 9 2008.  Between 9 August and 31 August 2008 a 25% cancellation charge will be made.  After 31 August 2008 there will be no refunds BUT SUBSTITUTIONS FOR FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
